Sonoma Valley based artist, Alex Cole, has been a painter for over 30 years. She is best known for her landscape paintings inspired by her travels and the Northern California landscapes around her. Rather than painting specific places she paints the memories and the feeling of a place, giving way to a more abstract interpretation thus allowing the audience to tap into their own memories of place.
